I recently bought soaps from you and they crystallized within a month’s time. Is it safe to use?
The crystallisation can happen in cold processed soaps due to temperature fluctuations during storage. It is completely normal and safe to use it. It's mostly an aesthetic issue and doesn't affects the soaps cleaning ability.
