Your tea leaves are crushed more this time. What is the reason for that?
To raise the caliber and consistency of our tea blends, we recently made some adjustments. Instead of using whole leaves, we used tea-cut herbs, which makes for a more uniform blend and guarantees that every spoonful has the same delicious flavor. Meanwhile, we would like to reassure you that the presence of a small amount of fine particles, sometimes known as "tea dust," is quite normal and has no effect on the tea's flavor or quality. As a matter of fact, the brewing experience is enhanced by these smaller particles since they frequently infuse more quickly and readily release their flavors. We are already attempting to lessen this, though, as some people find it inconvenient.
