Yes, it will work but may not be much effective. The bio cleaners contain enzymes which become active as soon as they come in contact with a damp surface. After application, they need a few minutes to get active and start their work. Once they start working they will keep on cleaning even after the dishes are rinsed with water. So, if 15 minutes is not possible just give them 2-3 minutes to start their natural process.
