Which seeds should I pre-soak?

You can directly sow the seeds while growing them but some big seeds like sunflower, peas, wheatgrass, buckwheat, etc should be soaked for at least 6-12 hours before use as they need more moisture to germinate. On soaking, it absorbs most of its moisture and thus reduces the waiting period.
