Which cold-pressed oil is suitable for making soups? Can we use cold-pressed oils for tempering?

You can use any cold-pressed oil like coconut or sunflower for tempering or sauteing veggies for soup. There are some cold-pressed oils (not all) that have low smoking points like coconut however low smoking point means they can be used for sauteing but not for deep frying.
