Ingredients:
500g Brown Rice Flour
75g Roasted Edible Gum (also known as gondh, roasted in salt and whipped after roasting)
75g Dry Roasted Til Seeds (Sesame Seeds)
250g Dry Roasted Alsi Seeds (Flax Seeds)
50g Soaked Chopped Almonds
50g Dry Grated Coconut
500g Jaggery Powder
200g Vegan Coconut Milk Powder
100g Peanut Butter
200ml Water
Method:
Firstly, roast the brown rice flour for 20 minutes.
Add edible gum, watermelon seeds, til seeds, flax seeds, and dry grated coconut into the brown rice flour roasted on a low flame.
Mix the above mixture properly.
On the other hand, take 200ml of Water in a pan, add 500g of jaggery powder, and boil it on high flame until it gets dissolved.
Add some peanut butter to the jaggery syrup and turn off the flame.
Keep the jaggery syrup aside for 10 minutes, then add it slowly into the brown rice flour mixture. Also, add vegan coconut milk powder and mix them well with a spoon until the syrup is absorbed.
When the mixture is still slightly warm, prepare laddus out of the mix and serve them.
Note: You can add nuts and seeds of your choice.
