Microgreens were fresh when harvested. However, they got damaged and started giving out a foul smell the following morning. Can you please tell me the reason?

If microgreens were fresh at the time of harvest but have deteriorated afterward, based on our experience, this can occur due to several reasons:

1. Incomplete Drying: If the microgreens are not thoroughly dried before storage, even a slight amount of moisture can lead to spoilage.

2. Inadequate Storage: Storing microgreens in a container or bag that is not airtight can expose them to environmental factors that accelerate deterioration.

3. Extended Room Temperature Exposure: Leaving microgreens outside of the refrigerator for an extended duration can also contribute to their decline in quality
