Is it ok if I cut them and store them in ziplock sandwich bags or containers?
You can store them in ziplock bags but make sure they are fully dry before storing; this will help them stay fresh for longer (5-7 days). You can use a salad spinner or simply a cotton cloth to air-dry them.
