Is Cacao Butter processed?

Cacao butter is a processed product extracted from cacao beans. There is no other way to extract it. The difference with our cacao butter is that it is cold processed, i.e. the beans have been minimally roasted at shallow temperatures. So it's a minimally processed product and retains many beneficial nutrients such as healthy fats, antioxidants and minerals found in cacao beans & more of the natural flavour of the raw cacao beans.
