I am getting white fungus on microgreen should I discard the seeds?

If the fungus is on the soil, then yes should discard the seeds and be careful not to overwater & there is plenty of air circulation for them next time you sow them. But if there is white hairy like structures on the sprouts, then its not fungus its the root hairs and they will ultimately vanish once they grow more. So, no need to discard them in this case.
