How is lather possible in your soaps without harsh chemicals?
There are many other natural or comparatively safe plant-based sources of surfactants available which can be used to make lather like coco glucoside or coco decyl glucoside which is a non-ionic range of surfactants. They are gentle on sensitive skin. The lather made using them is less as compared to the harsh chemical-based shampoos but they are equally effective.
