Are there any harmful effects of not eating garlic and onions, and are we missing out on any essential nutrients after eliminating them? If yes, then do you recommend any supplements?

We do not have any expertise on this. Still, as per our core team members' personal experience who have eliminated onion and garlic from their diet since many years and as per our limited knowledge, if you completely eliminate onion and garlic from your diet, it is unlikely to result in any specific nutritional deficiencies. While they provide certain nutrients, these can also be obtained from other food sources too. Onions and garlic contain vitamins and minerals, including vitamins C, B6, and manganese. They also have small amounts of other nutrients like folate, potassium, and dietary fiber. However, these nutrients are also found in numerous additional fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. If you choose to remove onion and garlic from your diet, it's essential to ensure you have a balanced and varied eating plan. A plan includes many fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts and seeds. This will help you obtain all the necessary nutrients your body requires.
