Are organic nuts & seeds always better?
Yes, organic nuts & seeds are better for your health. Nuts & seeds are rich in fibre, protein, healthy fats, vitamins & essential minerals. But the majority of them are exposed to very high doses of chemical pesticides, which are extremely harmful for us and the environment. Moreover, due to the presence of high oil & fat content in them, they quickly absorb these toxic pesticides much more readily.
Also, nuts & seeds, usually available in the market, are roasted or deep-fried to enhance their taste, but this processing reduces their nutritional value. So it is best to eat them raw.
