Are hydroponically grown vegetables nutritious?

Hydroponically grown vegetables are not considered nutritious due to two main factors

1. Absence of Soil: Hydroponic plants are cultivated in water without soil. The rich microbial ecosystem found in soil, which can contribute to the nutritional profile of traditionally grown plants, is absent in hydroponics.
2. Limited Natural Elements: Many hydroponic systems operate indoors or in shaded areas, depriving plants of direct sunlight. As a result, these plants miss out on two vital elements: earth and fire, as per the traditional understanding of the five elemental forces. Given these considerations, any cultivation method that limits interaction with these natural elements might not align with principles of holistic and natural farming.
